Ruth's Chris Steak House Louisville

Normally yes, last nite was bad. Steak not cooked correctly. Service was not good. Not servers fault, too many tables. Asparagus dry and bland had to send my steak back ordered med rare, received well done. My sides we on my plate when steak went back, brought back steak with no sides, had to ask for it. Twice asked for lime in our drinks, got lemons, gave up. Not at all up to Ruth Chris standards Dissapointed to say the least

The ambience was great. It seemed to be a busy night so service was a little slow. The food was solid but not super special given the higher price point

Very relaxed and comfortable. Our waiter was excellent in the beginning, but, became negligent as more diners arrived of course
