Ruth's Chris Steak House Kennesaw

Simple Amazing Service! We came casual and unplanned on Friday afternoon, after a day of leaning and pedicure. Typically we always book thru Opentable, but again this visit was not planned. There was an hour waiting for a table, so we chose the bar and it was the best experience so far! We often dine with this Ruth Chris, but we never had a better service than with Zach at the bar! His drinks are amazing, he was very knowledge of the menu, and he visited us well, although the bar was somehow busy after we sat. He never made us feel like we had to wait for the service. It was just a phenomenal experience, and he makes a good Smokey Paloma drink! ? We will surely be back and sit back in the bar area when Zach works because it was such a pleasant culinary experience! The food is always great here, but this time it was the level of service that was Top Notch! Thank you, Zach!

I love the place. I'd give them more stars if I could. The service was top notch. You made my anniversary so special. We weren't like every single restaurant I've ever been. The food was so good. I wasn't really impressed by the stuffed mushrooms. But the steak went over to 100x. I can't wait to come back. My only complaint is that they don't wipe the plates before they bring them to you so that the steak plates look creepy. They are so on the ball that everything else is so untouched. I was confused about why they'd let this go. But that won't stop me from coming back. Thank you for making my anniversary so unforgettable.

I had a very nice first experience at Ruth Chris. We went 30 minutes before closing. We were seated right away and our waiter was very polite. Since it was our first time there the manager came and gave us a sample of steak and potato (which was very nice even though we didn?t order steak). The shrimp and grits was very delicious. The ambiance and location is amazing. I recommend going in the middle of the week when it?s not so busy.

Food less than average ?, service slllooooow we had to ask to many times for service at the table. Waitress Good but slow. Really expensive for the dinner. We ask two different kinds of meat medium row and they were burn, extra charges for things that we don't order ??? and ticket fixed two different times ? We won't get back again ?

The woman and I had our 22. Jubileee dinner. The steaks were great. The sweet potatoes were both very good and the mushrooms. The staff was super nice and made sure that we congratulate and wish for our anniversary.
