Ruth's Chris Steak House - Bethesda

We came to Ruth’s Chris with a first-timer in our family — our son, Max — in order to celebrate his 13th Bday! And we feel so lucky grateful that William was there, waiting to be our server!!! He was so enthusiastic (took the best Family pics! and warm and informative and made our son, Max, feel sooo special! He also lead us try all the right food — so we had a festive AND delicious dinner!!! Anyway, while we live super-close to the RC Bethesda location and are sad it’s closing, thanks to William, we will definitely be back to the Downtown Crown location in Gaithersburg, and we hope to see William again there!!! Thank you!!!

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, but it's unfortunate that the Bethesda location closed on 12/24/21. Thankfully, all the employees we spoke to will be transferred to other Ruth's Chris locations.

What can I say, it's Ruth Chris- the food is good and the customer service is good to great I am a fan of Ruth Chris in general.
