Rudy's Country Store And -b-q

The quality of service has really gone downhill at this place over the last year or so. I've always enjoyed eating at Rudy's as I've traveled through Texas and New Mexico and Arizona since I first discovered it 20 years ago. I've been coming to this location in Goodyear, since it opened, mainly for breakfast tacos, or breakfast bowl. I just ordered a breakfast bowl and specifically said I want a Rudy's beans and of course the idiot girl wearing the mask at the cash register gave me refried beans! It shouldn't be that hard to listen to what the customer says and get it right. I think I'm gonna start going elsewhere for breakfast when I'm in this direction. The part that most disappointing is, I know the general manager is been the same person since the place first opened as you commonly see him walking around here helping and keeping an ion things. I know it's a difficult labor market, but to me, this goes back to training.

Was able to eat at Rudys as part of an event that was held for Veterans. i thought it was awesome they did for the day but found out they give Veteran discount every Monday. Atmosphere is Bar b que nostalgia and fun. Go through the line, grab your drink, you 'll be served your order and seat yourself. Meats tried, brisket, sausage , ribs were delicious

Love their potato salad. Their moist brisket also is delicious and stuffed and a potato makes a great meal. The creamed corn is some of the best I've ever had. I don't get there as often as I'd like given. It's quite a drive for me, but it's worth the drive when I do.

This is the best place for brisket! And turkey! And sides! Try everything! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the place is kept clean! My only complaint is that there isn't one near Lake Havasu!
