Rudy's Country Store And Bar-B-Q

I am in love with the rub they use in their brisket, I'm pretty sure it's their own brand. Perfectly cooked, so delicious. The staff was extremely helpful, dont let long lines fool you, we were pressed for time and we got out of there in 15 minutes with a full line.

I had the moist brisket sandwich and it was average BBQ. The sissy sauce was normal. If you like chocolate pudding, be sure to try theirs! It had whipped cream and Oreo crumbles and was super tasty. Overall average BBQ.

I have visited numerous Rudy’s from AZ, TX and Portion size at this location was super small and the brisket was cold. Simply not up to standard for Rudy’s. As such I would be not recommend this location.

Pretty solid BBQ, especially the brisket and jalapeño sausage. The real winner is the brisket/egg/cheese breakfast taco or sausage/egg/cheese. Just be prepared that they're very high in sodium.

Delicious! Best BBQ sauce available and super cheap. I always get the half pound chop and get several slices of bread. Their pudding is also really good.
