Ruby Tuesday - Reservar uma mesa

our waiter, colin was great. we always had what we needed. I have the new tacodilla chicken, I already ate one before I realized I should have taken a photo. but they were so great that I ate them all. the caramelized wobbles were perfect and the right amount of kick with the jalapeños and the season on that was great. what made it really special was the Cotija cheese on the outside of the crispy flour tortilla. on the negative side, the cold rice salad was not sensible and they should replace it with something else Mexican!

They told us it would be a 30 minute wait, and we waited an HOUR for them to seat us even though half of the restaurant was empty! It was strange. We did not have a large party. Then we get our order and half the orders were wrong. We had very simple orders. My order was missing peas and the bread was burned. We are there 2/18 around 6pm. I think that is just how it is now at restaurants?worse or no service and more expensive.

Love the salad bar. Calm and served immediately. Server was great. Food was hot ..ribs..and steak..and plentiful need to take container. Clean. Bathroom was clean. Place is a little dated, but no tears etc. and I am not there. I said I love her salad bar. Everything is quite expensive. Let's go back and get out of the way. I said I liked the salad bar that was clean, fresh and well filled.

This review is based upon the servers that work for Ruby Tuesday in Winter Haven. They always managed to hire dedicated people who are great servers at this location. I haven't been there in awhile, but I remember the awesome salad bar. The servers make the difference. As regular customers we?re always made to feel special.

Food is delicious many choices we did the crispy burger and the New Orleans plate was awesome Maria was super nice and courteous made my family feel like home we will back soon
