Royal Plaza Montreux SA

I noticed that the last review for the Royal Plazza in Montreux dates back a very long time and things have changed a lot since then! I have known this hotel and all ils restaurants for 25 years and have seen it evolve. If the hotel deserves its 5 stars for its location, this is no longer the case at all in relation to the quality of its service for the last few years. When you call, the people are polite but just like in a pizzeria! No special effort is made for customers. As for the food, it is good, as it would be in a pizzeria, nothing more. Very desappointing.

everything was very good, personal, service, eating and as it was presented. what is not to understand is why they do not drink as a hotel guest on the terrace around 23.00 on the national day! do they understand? outside, few people and special day, we understand that Swiss tourism need to spend time and money in our country, by doing so is suggested that Swiss don't want in the Swiss! someone has an answer to it? thank you.

The walk along Lake Geneva is very relaxing and there are grassy areas to stretch out. You can catch a boat to most of cities that line Lake Geneva.
