We ordered our food and asked for aloo parantha for our toddler and stated it should be non spicy, the parantha came and our toddler couldnt eat it, we tasted it and it was spicy, we asked the person who served us food that we had asked for non spicy, the person iterated it is non spicy, we had to then peel off the parantha and show that there was spice in the parantha, the person insisted that it was only 'dhaniya ' we stated that may be we can speak with the chef, a lady then came (who was not the chef but seemed restaurant manager) and stated that they cant replace the parantha and we will have to pay for it, i clearly stated that its not a question of payment but we need the food that we ordered, she insisted that the parantha is non spicy and they can not take back the food which is half eaten, we said why cant they get us another parantha and then it was advised to us that the paranthas are not freshly cooked but they are frozen paranthas, if they would have advised us earlier we probably would have gone to another restaurant, all this drama took an hour and eventually we were dissatisfied , hungry and disappointed, there was another group of 5 people who was also having multiple arguments on the type of food served not being provided as per the order, we left as it seemed that the other group was getting to the point of having a fight. Even the ambience is average and the staff needs to be taught in basic courtousness.
