we had an important appointment in hown and started from tirol without eating much, with the thought behind what to eat. we stayed with this rosenberger and were also immediately very unfriendly from the dame behind the bar pointed out we should look back a table. we had to wait a few minutes for the waitress. because on the map no allergens were marked and the waitress didn't seem quite reliable to me, I just ordered a small salat from the buffet and my man cheese and a bottle of mineral water. the buffet included a bowl of quartered tomato, a bowl of leaf salad, a bowl of dried ruccola and a bowl of thick cut gurk pencils. two not labeled dressings and a small bottle of pumpkin seed oil (even 100%). we had quite a stress so we just wanted to eat and get on as we were already a little late. Unfortunately, the waitress was no longer seen. after a three-quarter hour a waitress came and cleared my teller and then the demand came if we needed something. Of course, we've been waiting for the beetle for a 3/4h. the previous waitress was brought, which we had not ordered. So we left the restaurant without eating and were also allowed to pay the full price for the small salad and the drink. that's what they call customer service at rosenberger. when we return, we have returned to the country and we have often been disappointed.
