Roll Play Grill

Every experience I've had at Roll Play has been a good one. The food is flavorful, staff is friendly, what more could you want? Roll Play is a fast casual spot conveniently located off of route 7 near Tysons mall. The decor inside is simple and neat. They have limited seating, including two tables outdoors. You put your order in on the kiosks stationed at the front. I ordered my usual, the chicken vermicelli bowl, which comes with veggies and chicken on a bed of rice noodles,

I was out running errands, needed to grab lunch, and came across this highly rated spot. Now, Roll Play Grill markets itself as a Vietnamese Grill, but the owners and chefs have taken some license with certain dishes? and that?s fine by me. I entered the restaurant and was immediately welcomed by two of the employees. I had questions about the menu, asked for staff recommendations, and took some time to order. Welcomed when I walked in. It was my first time and one of the employees, Dale, asked if I wanted some recommendations. He made some great ones AND gave me a sample of each protein (above and beyond). Built an awesome power bowl and enjoyed every bite. Half way through my meal he came out and asked how it was or if I needed anything else. Incredible service, an excellent bowl, and perhaps the most delicious spicy bone broth I?ve ever tasted. 10/10. My family came here for lunch and all the food was fantastic. The oxtail bone broth was so flavorful and the oxtail and beef were very tender! What made it even better was the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. My sister has pretty severe food allergies so they were able to tell us specifically what was safe for her to eat, which typically a lot of restaurants aren?t accommodating of. Highly recommend!

Was disappointed at the Vietnamese sandwich (the bread was very dry), but the pho was very delicious! The broth was super rich I believe it's because they use oxtails. Interesting interior, music was too loud.
