Ristorante Pizzeria La Mamma

The idea of going to a restaurant is that they are specialized in what they do and should be able to cook better than the ‘non professional’ amateur of good cuisine. But not in here. It’s unbelievable that they’re rated so high (4.5 at the time I write this). The gnocchi were too soft, as if overcooked, the sauce with ham was tasteless. Pasta vongole has little to do with seafood. The food came suspiciously fast. The atmosphere was strange too, the place was empty on a Friday evening (no wonder). The guy keeps yelling over the counter to his friends so that you can’t hear people talking at your table. Very bad experience.

We ordered pizza to pick up, but we were mistaken in the pizzeria and then stood in a Sulzbach pizzeria, which of course had no pizza for us... We then called La Mamma again and the pizzas were delivered very quickly. They were also very tasty! : Thanks for the good service!! La Mamma is one of the insider tips of Bad Soden... simple, elegant, and really good, wholesome food. The staff are super friendly, and everything is uncomplicated. By far the best pizza in the area.... but the other dishes are also really good, Tip: ask for the specials of the day.... I keep going back, and back, and back.... you can 't help but love this place.

We were very happy. The service very nice, the chef very fast and the taste of the dishes very good. A larger location would be necessary because without reservation hardly one of the only 20 seats can be obtained. Maybe someone finds this very good pizzeria a chance to grow.

Cosy small restaurant where the owner takes care of everyone like you were in his home. Decent prices and good food
