Kurzinfo: Nettes Ambiente, sehr guter , aufmerksamer Service, Bruscetti, Pasta sehr empfehlenswert, Pizzen und Salate empfehlenswert. Bei dem jüngsten Italiener in Bad Hersfeld speist man in freundlich- medteranem Ambiente. Die nicht überladene Karte bietet eine angenehme Auswahl italienisch- mediteraner Küche. Ich empfehle die im ausgehöhlten Parmesan geschwenkten Taglioni, die Wahlweise mit zwei verschiedenen Saucen zu haben sind. Die sahnige Sauce mit Pinienkernen passt sehr gut dazu. Das Gericht wird vor den Augen der Gäste angerichtet, mit frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer gewürzt, einem sehr fruchtigen Ölivenöl beträufelt und mit frischem Rucola und Tomatenwürfeln garniert. Dieses Gericht ist mein Favorit im Esposito . Die Pizza kommt aus dem Holzofen und überzeugt durch eine frische fruchtige Tomatensugo als Basis für den reichlichen Belag auf einem schön dünnen Teig. Aber auch Salate, Fleisch- und Fischgerichte finden sich auf der Karte, ebenso wie eine gute Auswahl Desserts. In einer Vitrine vor der Theke wird eine sehr reichliche Auswahl an Antipasti präsentiert, ebenso wie das reiche Weinangebot in Regalen . Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu wirken; die Rechnung wird diskret im Mäppchen gereicht und ebenso wird gezahlt, was vor allem dann angenehm ist, wenn man eingeladen hat. Im Sommer sitzt man ganz nett draußen im schattigen Hinterhof. Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Das Lokal stellt eine wirkliche Bereicherung unserer heimischen Gastronomie dar.

I recommend to Taglionis, in the hollowed out Parmesan, to have the choice with two different sauces. The saw sauce with pine nuts fits very well. The dish is prepared before guests, seasoned with freshly ground pepper, a very fruity oil and cooked with fresh rockets and tomato cubes. This court is my favorite in Esposito. The pizza comes from the wood stove and convinces with a fresh fruity tomato sauce as a basis for the plentiful coating on a beautiful thin dough. But also salads, meat and fish dishes can be found on the map as well as a good selection of desserts. A very plentiful selection of antipasti is presented in a shop window in front of the counter, as well as the rich wine offering in shelves . The service is very friendly and attentive without influence; the bill is presented discreetly in a small bargain and is also paid, which is particularly pleasant when you have invited.
