on advice of a colleague we go to lunch in this risotorante to eat the great cordon bleu from 600g. Unfortunately, after a 20-minute wait we are served almost completely raw. We point out, the kind waitress apologizes and takes him back to the kitchen. After 10 minutes he returns with the bleu cordon and. They're both raw. This restaurant is separated from the next door pub by a...well, a glass door. So some cigarette smoke sneaked in from here and there. A warm welcome and smooth ordering was followed by a good Margherita, one tasty Alps style sausage pizza and then...one for the story books: one person in our table wanted to go light and ordered the vegetarian pizza, dreaming of artichokes, olives etc. But reality bit when the vegetarian pizza was actually topped with hideous broccoli, cauliflower, carrot etc. ...from the freezer!!! I am talking about some super cheap frozen vegetable mix dumped on top of an Italian pizza. What would Nonna say?

in the cristallina I return every time I have to do in airolo. whether summer or winter I was served attentively and very friendly in the summer. from the salatteler over pasta to pizza are the foods of good quality and taste. the most beautiful it is on the terrace which offers a bit of a view into the mountains. However, it is necessary to be able to withstand the noise of passing or sometimes longer with running motor-lasting truck. the formerly largest noise source, the railway station, has become almost spooky, since almost all trains are today driving through the basic tunnel.

back from over goutrdo me and my wife happened in this great restaurant and we really ate very well. I ate a great blue cordon and she a great pizza. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations

I was served by some very nice girls, very fast and very friendly, I just couldn't pay with Euros otherwise, a very pleasant atmosphere (despite the cold) and good prices
