Ginelli - Reservar uma mesa

Service is horrible. Booked a table for people at only to learn at arrival that table is not ready for as long as ppl have not vacated the table. The restaurant was full so no alternative seats. They didn’t feel like going...and made another order. Our guests stood outside in cold rainy weather for min and decided to go home. It was raised to waitress and to managers many times but they said nothing they can do until the have left. Look in any proper establishment one of two things would have happened: previous party would be asked to leave or we would have been given some freebies while waiting. Once we sat down we did get some cheap Prosecco on the house but let’s not forget people have left our party and there was zero expectation management. I hope this is read by the restaurant owners and you can discuss with your staff how to deal with such situations better.

The Ginelli, as the place is right, I tried during a stay in Brunsbüttel because it was close to my hotel. The menu is versatile. The used pizza was well documented, had a corresponding size and was tastefully good. Since I've used the outdoor gastro, I can't say anything about the ambience in the restaurant. Outside you sit nice, some more comfortable chairs would be helpful. The service was friendly and attentive, even when reordering drinks. All in all, I'm going back to Brunsbüttel.

Take care what you order. I have to go there only, if somebody invite me. Alone, I would never go there. With small things, they try to get your Money. Just cheating. It is soo bady from the management
