Philip Raubach hat die Küchenleitung im Retter's übernommen. Seine letzten Stationen waren das 2-Sterne Restaurant Villa Rothschild Kempinski und das Falkenstein Kempinski beide in Königstein. Sein Ziel ist eine regionale, saisonale Frischeküche mit internationalem Touch, aber nicht abgehoben. Man darf gespannt sein.
