Restaurant Schrodl's

I had dinner here with a colleague and I liked the restaurant. It has a nice backyard, that we did not use as it was too cold. It is quite a big restaurant and it felt a little empty while we were there, because there was only a few more people there. It is a bit out of the city centre, about 5-7 min walk from the end and not so easy to find.

The restaurant is a little bit away from downtown, which doesn't matter. The food is delicious and they offer special meals. The atmosphere is very pleasant, in the main room and also in the winter garden next to a little river. They also have a very friendly staff.

This restaurant serves international food on a high quality level which is not cheap (as you may expect) but worth the money. There is a very nice backyard where you can sit very quiet and cosy on warm days.

If you want to impress a business partner or a date you have to go to Schrödl's in Freising. Best food for reasonable prices, and they have the wine or spirits to enjoy that.

This restaurant did a great job hosting our group of 16, and I heard nothing but praise about the food. They served great steaks, veal, venison, and much more.
