What a lovely place, with an amicable family vibe.Upon arrival we were given a portion of prawn crackers to nibble on.I ate the "Banh Cuôn" as a starter - never had the likes before - a bit like a long rolled up dim sum pastry type of thing filled with minced pork, mushrooms, onions and mint. I loved it!With it I enjoyed a couple of glasses of "Rotgipfler Johanneshof Reinisch" white wine.My vegetarian fiancé was very happy with her homemade Herbstrolle".My main was from the wok: crispy duck with Peking sauce and I ordered extra chilies. The duck was beautifully crisp and tender and the portion was generous.I now drank a fine red wine "Lacrima do Moro, Velenosi".The Panang Curry with Tofu und Gemüse was totally to my fiancé's liking.Since we had ordered a side portion of "Morning Glory" (water spinach) she couldn't finish everything but asked for the rest to be packed in a doggy bag - no problem!

I accidentally discovered the restaurant. I've pre-ordered a table. very friendly staff! the ambiente is simple, but it fits. that eat a tight. Besides Thai dressing, of course, also Vietnamese diners. very well cooked, a true taste explosion. the summer rolls a dream. I found a local one here that I will visit more often in the future. Price/performance very good. See you soon!

Whenever we pass through Basel, we always try to stop at Saigon Moon for some Vietnamese food. The dishes are authentic and the service is always friendly. Their Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue and Pho are excellent. There are also high chairs available for young children, something which we appreciate as we have two toddlers.

Very nice Vietnamese steam rice cake Banh Cuon. We normally end up ordering one round more. Delicious. The ladies are especially friendly. We always enjoy our dinings out there.

Our visit to SaiGon Moon was very pleasant. The food was very good and staff very friendly. They have a great choice of different dishes. I will definitely visit again, soob.
