Had dinner here with 2 adults and two children. Oldest child wanted plain spaghetti because of an injury in his mouth which you would think would be possible. It was firmly understood we were not locals, although I speak passable German, which is more than I can say for any other langauges of the staff. The waiter offered some kind of oil on the spaghetti, which I though would be olive oil. It turns out that the oil was actually pepper oil, rendering his meal inedible. As a result, he took my meal and I tried to eat the oily, peppery spaghetti, which was more horrible than I ever imagined spaghetti could be. The lasagna had enough salt to invoke spontaneous heart disease. Even the simple tomato sauce was full of rosemary sticks and not very tasty. If they ever open a trattoria at Guantanamo, these are your people! The staff passed us a dozen times and never asked if everything was ok. Finally when they took the plates away, I was blamed because OF COURSE the oil was infused with peppers. All in all, not very nice staff, terrible food, the best thing is you can always get a table, which should have been our warning.
