Restaurant des Guifettes

I regret having discovered this place too late and I am quite surprised by some of the few reviews published on this restaurant. Indeed, this restaurant is located at the end of the guifettes area on the edge of a small leisure lake with tents and caravans campsite, swimming pool and seasonal rental of small hard accommodations (which I recommend because prices very interesting for a good quality). concerning the restaurant by itself, I went there 3 or 4 times in recent years and I have never been disappointed, neither by the quality nor by the prices that are on the contrary very reasonable. So understand us well, it is not a gastronomic restaurant, the locals and the kitchen are quite simple .... but despite all, the dishes and ingredients are of quality, fresh and in their vast majority undoubtedly cooked by a real cook!the atmosphere is simple, friendly and warm and we can hear there all kinds of people: many retired, families with young children, people working on a ludicrous meal and coming to take them in conclusion = a good little restaurant without chichis but with excellent cuisine, with a very honest value for money and that never disappointed me.

after arriving on a field in work ( new road and parking all beautiful all clean ) we arrived on this small restaurant at the bottom of the estate on a superb stretch of water with a beautiful landscape ( it was beautiful but not hot, damage we couldn't enjoy the covered terrace ) level meals it was very correct ratio quality price , the excellent eels ( as already said peacock they are Belgian but the French do not make any better products than the other my companion has taken the back of cabillaud (chine )sauce peppers nothing to say, smiling team ėfficace and very friendly we have spent a pleasant Sunday to this stroll around the lake and on the estate and this little gourmet getaway has only made us want to return thank you and very soon for the beautiful days

Especially don't venture into it! no meat or fish made in france and the poor "mouth part" is said French is a sole of shoe. desserts are frozen, even the fruits have not tasted fruit. Only the entrances save the meal despite Belgian eels. for the price even with a commercial gesture (20€ instead of 27€ the menu), prefer the mc do!

diner dance of association from the entrance to the dessert all is served quickly, hot, with the smile and quality and quantity. all in a magical place with an excellent dance floor to advise but often forget because away from the city center damage because the establishment vaux the detour

nice restaurant on the waterfront in the middle of a holiday village with a pool possibility residence. good quality meals.
