Incredibly rude staff both on the phone and in person, no Hello how are you , instead blunt and act annoyed that you even contacted them. Forgot our booking, didn 't even offer us a chair or a drink while we had to wait for an older couple to pay and leave so they could sit us down. Half the restaurant was empty but had to stand basically next to the table and it was very awkward. Lots of great classic records and vinyls stuck on the ceiling but they were blasting out awful pop radio music while people ate. We didn 't even bother waiting once they started seating bigger groups behind us, as they were so rude. Go to Sensi 's down the road instead, quick service and much more pride in how they present themselves. Remo 's used to be amazing, very sad to say it 's gone downhill massively. Do not come here if you don 't like rude staff and bad organisation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

Amazing food! Amazing atmosphere! Amazing Staff! Our waiter was very welcoming and provided a fantastic relaxed dining experience. They even fitted us in despite not having a booking.
