Personell was a little short and Curt. Host was less than warm and friendly. Server seemed in a hurry and rolled her eyes when she was flying down for refills. She seemed overwhelmed. Staff are a real problem today. This is a management training problem and will not be fixed until customers complain and business falls off. Place was cleaner than the last time. Food was pretty good, tasteful and hot. The Appetizer came out after the meal was served, but not so much. Food came out right and they divided the burger into separate baskets that were beautiful. Like many restaurants, this Red Robin recently stopped. I would say that this place is on the way back to the pandemic with a little sequel from the trainers. Two old school is worth mentioning; 1. Servers take beverage glasses from the rim instead of half glass. Not very hygienic or a patron who drinks her mouth on the edge. The same hand that previously held a dirty towel. 2. Food supplied with baskets stacked on food. Floors of baskets, such as trays are not hygienic and should be in direct contact with food. Is it necessary to stack? Paper separators would be an option.
