Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Personell was a little short and Curt. Host was less than warm and friendly. Server seemed in a hurry and rolled her eyes when she was flying down for refills. She seemed overwhelmed. Staff are a real problem today. This is a management training problem and will not be fixed until customers complain and business falls off. Place was cleaner than the last time. Food was pretty good, tasteful and hot. The Appetizer came out after the meal was served, but not so much. Food came out right and they divided the burger into separate baskets that were beautiful. Like many restaurants, this Red Robin recently stopped. I would say that this place is on the way back to the pandemic with a little sequel from the trainers. Two old school is worth mentioning; 1. Servers take beverage glasses from the rim instead of half glass. Not very hygienic or a patron who drinks her mouth on the edge. The same hand that previously held a dirty towel. 2. Food supplied with baskets stacked on food. Floors of baskets, such as trays are not hygienic and should be in direct contact with food. Is it necessary to stack? Paper separators would be an option. We should have seen it as a sign when a couple came after us, ordered Sodas to leave a few minutes later without ending it. The food wasn't even good. They brought me and my wife a basket of groundless pommes to begin. Later we brought one when we were full and our meal was already done. So she didn't even eat. Our alcoholic beverages BARELY had alcohol in them. We even ask if there were some to start with it. Burger was dry even though we said we wanted a little pink in there. It wasn't pink at all. We were so hungry that we didn't even want to talk about it. The server was so monochromatic and showed no emotion when he spoke to us. It didn't seem like he wanted to be there at all.

Fantastic culinary experience! After shopping, our family decided to lunch at Red Robin (Galleria Blvd. From the moment we set ourselves, we were treated with exceptional service. Our waitress Candace went beyond us. She was incredibly attentive and made sure that we had a wonderful culinary experience from the beginning to the end. Our children really enjoyed their food and I was very happy to see that Red Robin has the impossible Burger option that helps vegetarians like me when I dive out. All in the family were happy we went to Red Robin. I can say without a doubt that we will eat here very soon because of the great food and service. Thank you.

We love this place. We go at least twice a month. Our waitress Candice is always amazing. They're all very nice. Love the fact that they're coming the fries. They also ensure that your drink is constantly refilled. And of course the food is so delicious. We'll keep doing it well!

It was good for lunch and burgers. Could be a little salt and service was also quite fast. About all reasonable experiences and everything you would expect at a Burgerplatz.
