Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Did not receive a pig out double burger, instead recieved a normal double cheeseburger. Did not receive a southern charm burger either, recieved a normal cheeseburger. No point in paying $5 more for speciality burgers to receive the basic red Robin burger. The burgers were good but not what I ordered and paid more for. I have ordered from here many times and never had an order as wrong as tonight. Will not order again.

Received takeout container with my order label on it but definitely not my order inside, not even close. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger with tomato, ketchup and Mayo no lettuce with a side of garlic fries and received a hamburger with lettuce, onions and pickles. Quality control?Obviously doesn't exist. Will absolutely think twice about ordering again

Always wanted to try out Red Robin's and I finally had the chance to. I was very impressed by the burger and steak fries..... Even tho the fires were a little cold, I enjoyed my meal

we have had very good success with Red Robin and the quality of their food, the Pretzel Bites are amazing love the beer cheese and mushroom swiss burger is my favorite!

Food is delicious and was still warm when we received it. The chicken sandwich and garlic fries are great.
