To be honest, I'm not sure how fair my judgement is here. It was well after 8pm on a Wednesday when I decided to place an order online. I saw the reviews and I was super excited. When I arrived to the restaurant, I realized it was closed. The staff were super kind, and opened the door soon as they realized I was there. By the way, park in the back if you go the restaurant. The soup was delicious. So was the sushi, sushi was on point. I would've preferred a much more crunchy

Lunch perfection! The sushi is fresh and tasty, they do not melt on the fish and there is only the lightest amount of rice on the reels! They also send you home with soy sauce in a container instead of flat packages for optimal dunking! I go at least twice a month for the 2 reel lunch special with a spicy tuna and salmon avocado rolls. Not only is the sushi the best, but also the prices are great!

This is our way to Asia. Their regular Asian food is at the point, their sushi is the absolute best we can get without going to a restaurant very far away and paying much more. I would highly recommend this restaurant, as I regularly move out for my family. Thank you Red Maple for being so brilliant for your local community!

Honestly I was not expecting too much but this place was very good. Black bean chicken was very tasty and a good size portion. Menu described it as spicy but I found it to be mild. The bar did not have orange vodka so bartender improvised and was very kind. Oranges with the fortune cookie were a nice touch.

Sushi is 5 stars without a doubt, General Tsaos sauce was rather flavorless and quite possibly watered down. The chicken chunks were thick and juicy though. Stick with the Sushi.
