Red Lobster - Reservar uma mesa

we came about 6:50 on a Sunday evening, were immediately sat and waited for our server for 15 min. there were maybe 10 tables at that time. he brought our drinks and took our order, then it was 50 minutes before we saw eating. we ordered the endless garnel and told him to proceed and submit another application. we had children with us, who soon had to come to bed and tell him so he asked if we wanted to garnish another order of endless, but he did not mention that it was another charge of 21.99 for it. he asked us to pay on the machine at the table, and I noticed it had jumped to $23, so I hit someone down and asked. the server said it was our togo order. I told him to forget, and he said he hadn't even cooked it. also noticed a price difference in the child smoothie against what was blown to $5. eating was decent, but not worth the flippant service and lack of communication.

food and service were very good. the prices are somewhat high and sometimes some items are not available, but I understand that seafood is not easy to get into the country. lobster linguini is very good and has very generous lobster. if they need a seafood, this place will take care of it.

The food was good but our server is what made the experience top notch. She was all over everything! She's a keeper! Sarah with the cute black hair and amazing smile. Keep up the excellent service.

I wish I could rate it more than five stars. It was amazing! They have the best staff of any establishment I've ever been to. The food comes out fresh and hot, and delicious
