Red Lobster - Reservar uma mesa

Me and my family are six dined in the restaurant. After sitting down for 20 minutes and placing our order we received four biscuits at the table yes for a party of six. At this time we are sitting at the table for about 35 minutes we place our orders and our salads never came out. Once I asked about our salads she brought me and my husband salad out and never brought my son salad out. so then I had to ask her about my son salad she disappeared it never came out. I asked to speak to a supervisor he came out he was very friendly he told me that it was a shortage on biscuits but he will make everything right. My son a salad end up coming out with our food by the time he didn’t want it anymore, I still had to request for more biscuits because they never came out. We finally received biscuits my food was OK my lobster tail was dry my shrimp scampi was over cooked my husband and children food was cooked correctly. The manager did take something off of our bill but when we go out eat at restaurants we order what we want we eat what we want, paying is not the problem so I do appreciate it but overall I just want better service.

I've been craving Red Lobster for some time now. Decided to stop in to finally satisfy my craving. Parking is always an easy find so that's no problem. Walking in, there was one party ahead of us but we didn't have to wait to be a seated. Just to give you a heads up...they no longer have the week day specials. Well....they have specials on Tuesday through Friday. I was highly disappointed because I ONLY went for Monday specials. Of course we all look forward to the cheddar bay biscuits but baaaayby, as you can see in the picture those biscuits were dry. Almost as dry as Popeyes biscuits. I thought maybe it was a bad batch. We got a fresh batch and same thing....DRY! I'm convinced no garlic butter was rubbed on them. However my meal tasty so I can't complain too much. All in all I'll be back. They usually have good biscuits but I guess not today.

Yes, the service was terrible. two hours for lunch is too long. eating was not great either. high prices for super low quality. drinks were tasteless. entrance smells like a lobster tank, like when eating in a lobster.
