Well not the best of places. Not inviting unless your obviously known by them… what I’m upset to say especially in this day and age is I witnessed a gentleman come in for a coffee and asked to sit down to drink it, the lady said he is not allowed to do that as her tables are for her regulars, that’s nice. Let me mention this gentleman was on crutches!!! He stood outside this cafe and drank his coffee leaning on his crutches because these people would not let him sit for 5 minutes to drink it and I can confirm it only took him that! Poor man and absolutely disgusting behaviour, there was tones of seats available. Acting like they’re the next big thing. I happen to also read some more comments on here in which the latest one from someone complaining, instead of you being a good business owner who give some care to a business reputation you slate and we’re rude. You did not apologise and instead called him small minded, not nice if you at all and can be very upsetting to someone, sometimes as a business you have to take some criticism and learn and improve on it. I would also like to say everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if they had a bad experience then they are more than entitled to speak on that. As for you ‘freeloading of your heat’ comment I happened to sit near your ‘heat’ that big horrible, noisy and dusty thing that in fact spits out luke warm air, I was not warm in your cafe. If you have people coming in from waiting for a car would you not use that as a business opportunity? I am a business lady myself, successful at that. I would not dream of such a horrible attitude towards someone’s experience, No doubt I’ll be ‘small minded’ now for having an opinion and experience but at least I have good customer service and see right from wrong. P.S wipe your tables. Health is important.
