Ramos Bbq Catering

My wife and I came out of work and we went to Panda Express at 7 p.m. but saw this place and decided to stop and try it. We entered and saw the menu on the wall with pictures of the panels available. They all looked delicious and decided to order the #10 and my wife the Brisket plate. Mine was like $16 and the others like more or less the same. Everything was delicious Fajitas, pork ribs, sausage,rice, beans and potato salad. The brisket was good and especially like the BBQ sauce too. The service was also great. They had no mastortillas, so they gave me white bread and flour tortillas. Would go to dinner again.

Expectations were definitely met. We got the chicken quarter plate and the fajita plate. Unfortunately they were out of the half chicken so we will have to come back and try that one. The meal was good. The portions were large and included 3 sides, beans, rice and potato salad. Before your meal arrives they also bring out homemade chips and salsa. Definitely satisfied overall

We all enjoyed the daily special that was today a bowl. We had a choice of Brisket, Chicken or Sausage. 3 of us chose Brisket and we all agreed it was delicious with a generous part of rice and beans with lots of onion and pimple slices. $8.99 including tea. I'll be back to try the rest of the daily specials. I learn about the style of food here in Hidalgo County Tx

I visited to redeem my tickets from a Brisket Sandwich Plate fundraiser (included rice and beans). It was delicious! Although if you don't like very moist/greasy brisket, this might not be to your liking! I also tried the chicken, sausage, and potato salad. Overall, I was satisfied with the taste and portions.

Cosy little jewel of a place! Love of bbq!!! All well cooked and tastes great! I like it especially when places have freshly pressed lemonade! Terrible! Does this place have a disadvantage? No real parking, but I think it added to its appearance and authenticity!!
