I 'm finally getting around to review this restaurant. My family and I made a lunch reservation on Good Friday last month (also well in advanced). As we arrived, an older couple was waiting to be seated, so we stood patiently behind them, but then a waitress gently reminded the Host that we were all waiting to be seated, to which he loudly and rudely responded: They can wait! . Mind you, we don 't mind waiting, but my 80+ year old grandparents and the elder couple in front of us aren 't young spring chickens, so some sensitivity towards them would 've been nice. When the host attended to us, the first thing he said in again a rude annoyed tone, whether we made a reservation, to which my aunt replied with all the necessary info, and he began to sigh deeply, scratch his head and annoyingly asked with who the reservation was made. He was incredibly rude towards my aunt and almost defensive about absolutely nothing. He then disappeared, came back and led us to our table. The thing that bothered me was that our names were on a card on the table that was reserved for us. So I don 't understand why he needed to act like an a s s, when the reservation was crystal clear. We observed him continuously displaying this behavior towards other guests. It happens that things get stressful, especially during a holiday, but you keep a damn smile on your face and treat your guest professionally and respectfully, otherwise you 're in the wrong business. Once seated, we waited 20min until a waiter finally came and gave us menus, which we already got ourselves before and wanted to order drinks, when we said he 'll be back in a min. We waited another 15-20mins and still no one came to attend to us. and we weren 't the only table waiting to be attended. Finally we decided to leave, because it was getting ridiculous and we found another restaurant that had space for us. It 's a shame, because the food looked amazing and the place was beautiful, but they were not prepared at all for everyone. I mean they knew a lot of people were going to come as it was Good Friday and people wanted to eat fish. So they were understaffed and completely unorganised. But the cherry on top of the Sunday was that incredibly rude and arrogant host (he had brown hair and glasses). He ruined our mood from the get go. Either he needs to learn some manners or he has to go. Maybe one day we 'll give this place another try on a regular day, but I hope by then things would have changed for the better.

Top location and the boss personally turns off the lights and goes home at the end. We were able to celebrate a great wedding there and had a great party, thank you very much

Very nice location. Fresh trout (own production) which are well prepared in the restaurant. Possibility to fish for adults and kids. A great place for family day
