Quatre Saisons - Reservar uma mesa

Don't be put off by the front of this restaurant, or the street it's in. It is well worth the trouble to find it. The decor is slightly lacking but the chairs are very comfortable. The tables are well laid and the lighting is good for daylight eating - haven't tried the evening. The service was faultless with a rare attention to detail, which showed a natural kindness in the staff. The food was excellent and imaginative and great value for money. We loved out lunch here and both decided that it is a rare gem that makes lunchtime feel like a special dinner!

We had reserved a table but this was totally unecessary because there was only one other couple in when we arrived and no-one else came in. Unfortunately this spoilt our enjoyment of the evening despite the excellent food (cockles with quinoa - yum!). The restaurant is expensive but despite reasonable French, I was totally unable to understand the waiter because he spoke so fast! I am sure that on a different evening with more customers our experience would have been quite different.

Severely lacking in atmosphere and the food a little pretentious. Well priced for what you get but the wine is rather expensive. Could do with a facelift and some nice background music and improved lighting. Waitress was very nice if a little busy when we visited as she was on her own. Not the worst but could be a lot better with a bit of TLC.

Small restaurant in quiet street, indoor eating only, lovely ambience. Fabulous haut cuisine but at very reasonable prices; good but not huge portions, Lovely'amuse-bouches' both before and after the meal. Food beautifully cooked and presented; very polite, unhurried but prompt service, with attention to every detail.

This Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant didn't disappoint us in flavors and tastes. The restaurant lacks decor, but the food is delicious and beautifully presented. This is a good value for money spent.
