Quatre Estacions

Estuvimos en este restaurante de ambiente moderno/casual, acogidos amablemente por los dueños. Cocina tradicional, con toques modernos, a veces, hasta sofisticados, que recuerdan la cocina francesa. Probamos el menú de degustación (30 euros), que fue todo un recorrido de sabores a cual más interesante y abundante. A probar obligatorio la especialidad de Rape con langostinos. El solomillo a la pimienta verde (Filet, en catalán), excelente. Uno de estos sitios de los que sale contento, con la sensación de haber pasado un buen y agradable momento. Para volver, sin duda, altamente Recomendado.

We were in this restaurant of modern/casual atmosphere, kindly received by the owners. traditional cuisine, with modern touches, sometimes even sophisticated, that recall the French cuisine. We tasted the tasting menu (30 euros), which was a whole tour of flavors to which most interesting and abundant. to demonstrate the speciality of rap with locusts. the singlemillo to the green pepper (filete, in Catalan), excellent. one of these places with which he is happy, with the feeling of having spent a good and pleasant moment. to return, without a doubt, highly recommended.
