Qdoba Mexican Eats

I 'm thankful this particular location exists. I 've eaten here often for many years. I 'm very grateful that it stays open late! The female staff in the evening has always been very friendly to me. I 've also been impressed that their restroom has always been kept clean. Similarly, it also seems like their food prep hygiene is a step BETTER than the other Qdobas in the Puget Sound region. Thank you so much for that customer food safety standard, ladies!!! The only reason for a 3 star Average rating is that this is still a fast food chain. The ingredients are pre-made and interchangeable between locations by design. I feel strong loyalty to the Qdoba brand for sentimental reasons and I choose it before other fast food chains, but the fact that the company 's loyalty rewards program depends on using an app is strongly displeasing to me. Also, I 'm disappointed they 've stopped providing the cola Freestyle flavor mixing drink machine at this location. I used to love those creative syrup choices. Silly as it might be, that drink machine used to be a highlight for me of eating here. All of that being said, I DO feel that this is the best Qdoba in the Puget Sound Area! Definitely 4 stars for what this specific location does better than the others, even though I just can 't bring myself to rate a nationwide fast food chain more than 3 stars among culinary options.

The staff were extremely polite, completed my order very fast, and were overall the best part of my experience here. The problem I had was with my food. I ordered the Surf n Turf burrito on a flour tortilla. Although I watched them heat up the tortilla, the entire order was completely cold. Not cold like the guacamole and pico cooled it down but cold like every ingredient including the steak had been resting in a refrigerator the entire day. I also realize it's supposed to be lime flavored but it seemed as if every ingredient had been marinated in lime for hours so I couldn't discern any particular flavors besides that and texture.

Why do you guys always over cook your chicken to the point where it starts to look like steak? It’s so burnt. Every. Time. Last time I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. This time I got double chicken but none of it is consumable.

Our favorite burrito shop.. we would go more often, but the cost has gone up.. the only saving grace is they are generally big burritos and include any fillings you want, and the chips and queso are super yummy

This is my go-to spot for a quick lunch on a busy day. Ordering through the app is easy and I'm always pleased with the food quality, consistency, and portions!
