Pyro Pizza Food Truck

I'm not much in pizza because commercial vegan cheese tends to disappoint and I don't bless cheese often, but I still have a strange, delicate place for pizza and pyro pizza vegan margherita filling this hole nicely. Their homemade crust, wood-fired cakes, bright simple sauce and fresh toppings make them a simple winner for the omni pizza lovers. Her only potential loss is milk. You use Follow Your Heart mozzarella (kudos since most places only offer Daiya), which I had for the first time on her pizza and I had no complaints. Nicely melted, naturally stretched. Certainly that maegherita itch. It's been a while since I had a milk cheese pizza so that I can't testify to the authenticity of the cheese flavor, but with Pyros Margherita I don't feel like I'm going to miss out on everything. This piece of jewelry in Cartopia has really enjoyed it. The pizza, garlic bread sticks, crafty soda homemade mozzarella was delightful. My boy had the Margarita and I enjoyed the Fennel Sausage Pizza. Damn it!

This pizza is best when eaten fresh from the oven. Large thin and airy crust. Always a perfect amount and mix of toppings. Would recommend the veggie bianca or anything they do!

My boyfriend is an Italian and he recommended this food cart. We ordered a margarita which taste like the one I had in Italy just a bit smaller.
