Ptarmigan Dining

I will give 4 stars because I don't want to go down, I wasn't recently. I visited a few years ago and was very disappointed. I went past this place at the hottest days in Scotland and loved something ice. unfortunately it was closed for maintenance. Hillwalking experience was very good yet- paths are very well built, views are amazing and many slender.

large selection of hot and cold foods, incredibly cheap prices for the highest restaurant in Britain. perfect time for excursion destinations when they rest from walks, cycling or my personal favorite winter sports. the restaurant is a few steps away from the top of the train and has an amazing view, so do not miss it.

not too expensive for a mountain restaurant. friendly staff and eating is pretty good. hot meal and sandwiches for choice. can be busy too day, so try to avoid peak times. I think it serves from 10 to 15 o'clock.

nice to be in the cairngorms, but much too busy for me, still okay, just my personal opinion. Eating was good, like the venicular railway, still has to one if it is in the opposite.

Good range of hit food and sandwiches. A little expensive but views well worth the 3xtra
