I feel like this place had its share of growing pain and that they have successfully navigated it, while other places I still have a long way to go. It is common among chain shops such as Primos, which do not pay well, employ young children with little to no work ethics, have low morality and require weekend work. That is, the place Paoli was a breath of fresh air.... I protected this situation twice in summer. I once called a Sunday afternoon; polite teenager answered and told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My travel time to the store is exactly 15 minutes and when I arrived, sandwiches as I had ordered and everything worked well. In and out in 3 minutes. Lately, a voucher had good for either the Wayne or Paoli location, cried for 3 sandwiches on a Sunday, not to mention the coupon(didn 't know it had to be mentioned before! came minutes later, told the guy about the coupon, he seemed initially upset by him, but realized that it was an honest mistake that I didn't tell him when I applied my order, and he still used it and it still used it. I was very happy both times in this place. 2 for 2 so far. I worked in this area for years (no longer! and never set foot in this store or even knew it was there and usually go to another Primos place where I live, but this place seems more than others together.
