Prikly Pair Cafe

This morning I visited Prikly Pair again and for the first time had something other than there very good bacon and egg roll !!I tried the mushroom omelette with Spinach and tahini, with gluten free toast. As usual the staff were super friendly and relaxed. My coffee arrived hot and strong - perfect. A few minutes later my omelette arrived and looked inviting. After my first mouthful the chef asked from across the open kitchen - how was it ? The answer - it was great. This unassuming place is open super early and always has a happy feel. A great option in the middle of Mona Vale.

Great little cafe! came across it when my PT told me to go and get something for my lunch there, as they approved some of the items on the menu, had a great chicken wrap. Went back today and had the Thai beef salad for lunch, it was absolutely delicious. The great thing about this place is that most of the items are either gluten free and/or dairy free, and it's all freshly prepared and really healthy!! ...... and it tastes really really good - Bonus!! my new go to place for breakfast/lunch! And you can buy ready made healthy meals to take home, at only $7 each, great value/

We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through Mona Vale village and decided to stop for breakfast.The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options very reasonably priced. The Bacon and Egg in Turkish (see photo) was particularly tasty. We will definitely stop here again

Have been coming here since's its opening and the boys never disappoint.The food is always fresh and well presented and very reasonably priced.Matt's love of coffee shines through and the blend is delish.Keep up the good work boys Pss the take home meals are really good.

Great coffee and food. The staff are friendly. Price was reasonable considering the location. Nice lunch specials. Would rate a solid 3 1/2 out of 5.
