I took my whole family there. It was a busy sunday morning service. Food was good and table service prompt. After ordering over $100 I had to pay at the counter. I had to queue up behind the takeaway customers (x4) then the girl behind the counter says who is next ? She Then proceeds to look pass me and almost serves the next customer to the right of me. I stood very obviously in front of the barista with wallet in hand for 5 mins!! I said "hello" I am next! Lol.They had to ask me where i was sitting again - confusion and inefficient.A constructive suggestion is to give the bill and table number ticket to the customer so that you can turn over the table i.e. Get your staff to ask -" are you finished at the table?" and then give us a ticket or something to take to the cashier. Get the customer to pay for their bill quickly and get the next group in to sit and order. $$$Unfortunately i gave the younger staff a mean stare on leaving - however this goes to the owners and managers who need to work out a better way of finishing off the service that is quick fast and efficient and ultimately serves the customer.In terms of food - bread was fresh, bacon a bit too salty but thick slices, and coffee good.Happy to return to for a coffee and see if service improves.
