Porto Alegre Brazilian Grill Meat

Ive always given 5 Stars previously, lamb chops, picanha always done perfectly and tender. Today, this leg of lamb was unpalatable. Overdone, tough, chewy and order was for medium done. I only had the beans and rice, lamb went to waste. Generally its better to undercook than overcook as food can be heated to doneness after.
