Hunger brought me to this place, after travelling since 4.30am to reach this point 2pm the same day without eating anything else than a chocolate bar and a expensive toast sandwich with tuna from the airport. This meal was still so much better. I usually give all place a chance, the place looked kind a abandoned, fair enough this might not be high season. We went in to get our table the waiter was just walking around like the few guests including us were ghost. We finally decided to go for the roasted chicken and the breaded beef. The chicken were so dry and the beef the toughest meet I thought we were eating a towel and a house brick. If it wasn’t because death was around the corner I would never put an effort in eating this. To sum up: Literally this restaurant would not even make it in Kitchen Nightmares they would run away. This speak for itself I am not sure we should start talking about the menu. 29€ ish. Please starve or pack a lunch basket, this is complete waste of time which brings me to the service there were no service we had to wait ages for food and the bill even there was max 10 12 people eating. You’re welcome you can tip me later.

I first visited this restaurant on a holiday to Tenerife in 2019. I visited it twice then, and absolutely loved the food and the views. I fear that they've had it tough over COVID-19 (which restaurant hasn't), but whilst the stunning view of Teide remains the same, the food was not as nice as I remember it. My partner ordered a spaghetti bolognese but I would give that a miss if you have a choice. In 2019 we both had an omelette which was fresh and delicious, and on the second visit my partner had the melon and ham which he enjoyed, so perhaps it was poor ordering on this occasion. They seem to have coach tours stop here, but I hope they return to their previous excellent standard.

Group of 5, mixed ages who needed a stop. Service was quick, very friendly with the littlest one who wanted an ice cream. Drinks and desserts were served quickly and waiter suggest we look at them inside rather than guess off menu. Good selection of local items on sale and yes we did purchase as well. It was a reasonable stop which did what we wanted with a minimum of fuss.

The place is a privileged place, wonderful place, but the rest is lousy especially for a series of poorly educated, gross older waiters, who do not speak languages and seem to be angry with the world.
