I should have known better but I had to try. Every day 8 drive by Popeyes in Sun City Center and wonder why it's empty. Know I know why. I waited in the drive through for 20 min. The car ahead of me got out and walked to the window to get the employees toserve the drive through. I then ordered 2 chicken sandwiches a s a large fry. Total was $17! So, my frys were 7$ they better beamazing. The frys were not amazing and lcaked Cajun flavor. The sandwiches were chicken sandwiches nothing amazing. There was ahair in my fries. At this point I really didn't care. Gross. My question has been answered and now I know why the parking lotis forever empty.
The most ghettoist, unprofessional, rudest store manager EVER! I ordered a 8piece nugget combo but was charged for a 8 price family meal. No big deal, we caught it and they guy was fixing it but the whole time the manager in the back running her mouthlike I did something wrong! It was definitely her fault for mistaking the order but it?s fixable. How you get an attitude withme because YOU messed up. And she?s the manager. Terrible customer service. She?s lucky I respect my elders and didn?t want toescalate the issue because she was completely unnecessary rude. Do better Popeyes or your employees can get hurt.
The definition of ghetto, horrible service. If you do not say something at the car line, you will sit there for at least 30min waiting for them to greet you. At the window, when the ask you something, they do not wait for you to finish a sentence beforethey start walking away, not to mention that asking them for military discount is looked as if you are bothering. Overall, stayway until they hire people with manners and good custumer service skills.
Worst Popeyes location of all the ones I?ve been to! Two separate occasions in a row, the chicken sandwiches taste like they have been sitting all day! Bread is so hard it?ll break your teeth. Chicken is soggy. Depressing cause I love chicken sandwichesbut I will never return to this location. Take the extra drive to drive to another one.
