Pollo Tropical - Reservar uma mesa

The foods use to be fresh and good, but the last 2 visits I can't say. I ordered three times and the meat was burned and avocado slices on the side and received half of avocado total (not cut). And I bought the steak bowl twice and it has only 4 small slices of steak and a little yellow rice and no chimichurri. SN it? the worse it was today?! You never have items in stock and the food was burned today. This is my last time here!!

I try to like pollen tropical because the food is good, but the service is terrible. I have placed an order online until late to give them additional time, and in the end wait another 20 minutes. Although the staff seems to try, there are definitely some management / logistics problem. Always a huge back to dinner

Late post 5/20/22: Tasty food! There?s nothing really special about it. First time to try this popular chain in Miami. You see it in every corner. I think it?s a bit too pricey for a place like this. Everything?s gone up since I last visited Miami (November 2018).

While the food I got was okay, I ordered BBQ and guava BBQ with it. The cashier pretended to be available. When I got my food, it was not available, so I'm eating dry. In any case, I would have done something else. This place must bring it together

Customer service is amazing. Eat well cooked. Unfortunately, the IT types need to look at printers and scanners. Too much time to wait customers in line only for revenue and because scanners do not work.
