Pollo Tropical delivers a taste of the tropics with their flavorful grilled chicken sandwich, crispy fries, and the refreshing star of the show, their fresh brew mango iced tea.With a lively atmosphere and a menu bursting with Caribbean inspired delights, it's a go to spot for a satisfying meal.However, while the food was delicious overall, they could've been a tad more attentive to special requests, like ensuring no sauce on the sandwich. Plus, the mix up with the tea opting for unsweetened instead of sweet was a minor hiccup.Nevertheless, with its vibrant ambiance and tantalizing flavors, Pollo Tropical earns a solid 4 stars in my book.
