Pokeworks - Reservar uma mesa

I am extremely disappointed with their delivery service.I've ordered with Pokeworks other times and really love the food and never had a problem with the delivery service before, I'm not sure if they just had it changed.I had an order that was cancelled and no reasons were given to me. While I understand that unforeseen events happen, I wish that someone have reached out to me to at least explain why my order was cancelled. It was Sunday and late, I had reasons to order food. So besides waiting for a whole hour, I ended up without food and without other options since other restaurants were closing by the time. I think that when you are unable to deliver the food, you could at least explain the reasons to the costumers. After all of that I had to call the restaurant to get a refund, the manager apologized and all and even said they were going to send me a bowl for free, but it never happened.Then some weeks after that, I decided to give it another try because I really wanted to eat poke, but guess what? I never received the delivery again! This is all really frustrating! And again, I do like the food so it is just too bad that the delivery service they use is so bad.

Small portion size, will leave you still hungry after eating. They are especially stingy when it comes to the crab salad and seaweed salad.Food: 3/5

Went in at 8:53 after driving 30 minAnd they had closed everything down! It would be grate if the owners can just close earlier!
