Pizza Hut Express

We 've ordered in the past and it has been great. But in the last month we ordered a pan pizza twice and both times it wasn 't what we ordered. The first time it was way undercooked, had a chewy consistency, and the crust was like a regular pizza. It didn 't have the thick pan pizza crust. The second time the dough was at least cooked this time but again it was made with its signature pan pizza crust. When I complained in the store about the crust the answer I received was, Oh yeah I don 't know why that is happening. We 've gotten a lot of complaints. So they are aware of the problem. It just appears that management there has no desire to try and fix it. I will give them one more try but I definitely will not prepay for my order. This way is it isn 't what I ordered, I 'm not stuck with it.

I'm given one star because it wouldn't allow no stars. This ordeal was the most frustrating. I ordered on the hotline and gave a landmark to help with directions. I guess doordash does their deliveries. After 20 minutes lost the driver called, he was lost on totally wrong road. When my order finally arrived. It was barely warm and wrong soda was brought. I spent an hour trying to reach the store but the hotline would hang up or put you on hold and forget you. This is the worse business plan, with no accountability. All I wanted is what I paid for. But guess now a days that a big ask

TERRIBLE STORE! Our order was half burnt and then the other half was lukewarm like they had forgot the pizzas, which weren’t cooked in the middle. The order was a lot of money in this economy to be completely inedible. We had spoken to a manager the morning prior and they told us the order would be redone instead of a refund, just to call and give a phone number. He said they wouldn’t be able to honor it online. When we called in the new order, several people hung up on us and said there was nothing on the file. They even sent us to a call center. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I’m so sorry but I have to leave a review. This Pizza Hut is so unorganized and slow. I enjoy Pizza Hut every now and again but at this point to avoid a headache I’ll just go inside target. There is always an issue with delivery and the person on the phone…. Just ugh!! And when I pick up it’s not quite as clean as I’d like it to be inside . Even the workers look musty …. I’m good on this establishment until new management is in place. Peace!

I have not been to pizza hut in over 4 years but let me tell you they are back, check out the thin crust supreme and big new York. Be sure to grab a coupon, because I'll be back to order. Also order online so it can get be ready when you pick up.
