Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered no contact pick up, but when I got there my text wouldn 't send so I called. The young man that answered said that I needed to come inside to get my food. I told him that I ordered no contact pick up and he said that they don 't do that. When I told him it says right on the window that you do, then he hung up on me. I tried top call again and was immediately put on hold. I was the only customer in the parking lot and they had 4 employees inside and not one of them came out to assist me. I went inside and asked why they hung up on me. They gave no answer. I told them that this is terrible customer service and when I pointed out the fact that they had NO customers and there were 4 workers that could have brought it out top me. There response was, well only three of us are still on the clock . I love your pizza but I really hate going to this location, they often get the orders wrong, they are not friendly or helpful. I wish you would get new staff or at least train them bett

Lost a sale and a customer whose family live on pizza. Customer service was cruel! There were no other customers in the store, no phone rings, and yet I felt like such an inconvenience. I asked a question about my order and I met with such an attitude. I didn't want them to take their bad attitude on my pizza.

Was a positive experience, tried to order online for pickup, had problems from him through, gave them a call n them fixed it immediately. Pizza was ready when they said it was. Smooth. Very helpful. Pizza was great. You go through renovation so I'm sure it will look good when it's done.

Usually very friendly and happy employees. But on my visit on 9/10/20 was less than pleasant because of the attitude of the employee helping me. 5 stars for the food and speed of order completion though!

Friendly, efficient staff.... order is always on time. We appreciate the consistently great made pizza order.
