First taste experience today and certainly not the last: a venom calendar (last minute, but later than ever) as well as a chocolate pie and a Paris-Brest. What do you mean? A treatise as visual as it was with taste: we lived in Paris with my husband for a few years and lived in the region for a few years, accustomed to the beautiful Parisian houses, we are delighted to have found a craftsman with a talent worthy of the great names of French pastry. Very welcome. Beautiful sober and clean shop. First pastry ordered here, a saint-honored chocolate and vanilla for 8 pers. Delicious. A little sweet. A treat for my daughter's birthday (she loved her). I recommend. Thank you. To be perfect the plate with the writing could have been in chocolate (pâtissier-chocolatier rather than almond paste.
