Truly an old Austin gem. I love the atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. They have the best hummus in town by far. I try to eat an oil-free diet and it?s such a perk the hummus does not contain any oil. My partner also raves about their zaatar, baklava and eggplant dip. Also a great option if you?re stopping in for lunch. They have amazing wraps and gyros. They are made fresh and the service is fast. Thank you Phoenicia! Please never change.

I just went down and got a muffalata for lunch. It was fantastic! It'll probably be for lunch every other week. Happy coming in. Prices online seem something dated for what they are, but I was kind of ready for it.

The market is fine if you need olives or dry products and some dairy products. Kebab plates are not authentic and serving with meat and vegetables is stingy for $14. But much on persimmons.

Phoenicia has one of the best falafel sandwiches I've ever eaten! They have a wide range of olives, fresh bread and a wide range of foods. They are so friendly and helpful.
