Pho Pasteur - Reservar uma mesa

We stopped in a bunch of other restaurants in the area but when we passed by Pho Pasteur, we were essentially pulled in by the energy of the place. It wasn't that it was being advertised, it was just welcoming and just what we didn't know we were looking for. As soon as we stepped in the door, the waitress/hostess seated us and was ready to take our order. When we sort of hesitated when she saw us looking at the tripe, raw beef and something else that I cannot recall in the beef pho, she smiled and said, "don't worry, without the strange things." I didn't mean for it to end up appearing culturally insensitive but she knew her customers. The pho was fantastic, the Pad Thai was ok and the Singapore Noodles where amazing. I only wish I didn't live 10,000 miles away!The place filled up at lunch time and I could see that this is a local favorite. The style of service reminded me very much of actual SE Asian restaurants of a similar class and style. The decor is basic. The point is the food. Enjoy!!

Totally agree with previous reviewer by laughto 13/09/2016. Ten years ago my work colleague and I enjoyed our lunch meals here. And in my recent return for takeaway meals for dinner - the restaurant still pretty much the same setting with the same friendly people running it. Rice paper rolls, vermicelli noodles with grilled beef = both takeaway dishes were enjoyable & filling. It is just feel healthier eating than buying thru fast foods chain drive thru. The restaurant website stated they've been in business since 1992. That's sum up they are doing alright. Will probably eat here again next visit to Parramatta.

I decided to eat here due to the great reviews about the Pho. I enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. It was casual and relaxed and a good selection of food to decide from on the menu and pictures at the back of the menu to help you decide. I got the Special Beef Pho, it was sensational and a massive serving also. For the price and quality, no complaints from me. Loved it.

This place do a really good Noodle Soup, I mean really good, really fresh noodles and thin sliced beef, I had this along with their Spring Rolls which are some of the very best I have ever tasted, along with the Palm Sugar Fish Sauce and Chilli.

Great place found in tripadvisor. No fancy decor. Just great quality and fresh food. Loved the soup..awesome taste and massive serve. Will be back.
