My brother and I visited this fine establishment and I was extremely impressed by the attention and dedication of our server. The gentleman with long dark hair (I didn’t catch his name) was attentive to all our needs, constantly checking to make sure we were enjoying our food. Our every want or need was taken care of before we even had to mention it! This man never rested in his constant and steadfast watching to make sure all who were dining were satisfied, all while making sure that the dining area was clean and nothing was out of place. I recommend Pho Le to anyone who wants fine food and exceptional service!

Being born in Vietnam, and having the privilege of having a dual citizenship. I love to experience the Vietnamese food cultural in different states. I’ve learned that each restaurants has a different process to make the pho ? clean. And others infusion is too much. I have to say the presentation is great! Service was one person apparently the manager thar service someone that walked in 10 minutes after me. I walked up to get a menu and was asked if there was a problem. Wasn’t until rudely asked . She was solo. Regardless , was nice to have before a red eye flight wVegetarian options: N/a

Pho flavors were ok, but not the best, pess meet and vegetables in it, same goes to my fresh rollsLastly, they need work on the language they use. They're not friendly to me. They just want the customer to in and out

One of the best spots I’ve had pho in boise. Definitely a place to check out. Thai tea is delicious and the beef pho very flavorful ! This picture is of me eating it upFood: 4/5
