After I had seen that the wood cracking mainly offers carvings, I was quite sceptical for the first time. Although it's almost any carving, there's hardly anyone really can do it. Actually, I wanted to decide for security reasons for a burger, but only the card waited with so much know-how about Schnitzel that I couldn't get a test. Only the choice and combination options are worth a trip: you choose from 15 basic versions, choose pig, chicken or calf and combine two supplements to gusto. On the way to the house there is a clear soup with inlay and then shows the kitchen what it can. A carving, as from the textbook: juicy, tender and slightly floating in its crowned coat. Actually, I wanted to try a benevolence, but it was outside. Instead, there was a Zabaglione who had to kneel down. No semi-finished product, as you otherwise already exist in the state-of-the-art gastronomy, but freshly beaten, lukewarm, with exactly the right amount of alcohol on spoon biscuit and whale ice cream.
