Philippe - Reservar uma mesa

I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life as I was this past weekend at this place. We called in earlier in the day and made a reservation. When we arrived, however, they told us that they would not be able to seat us for several minutes and so as an attempt to keep us content they gave our entire group complementary drinks at the bar. After waiting for about a half hour our group of 9 was finally seated. When we ordered the waiter kept pushing us to order more things that we didn't want. When they brought out the food they doubled the quantity of every dish we ordered! Knowing how expensive the bill would be (plus the fact that we had no intention of eating that much food we asked if they would take a few of the dishes back, which they refused to do. After arguing for several minutes with the managers, they refused to take anything back, claiming that by accepting the table that they gave us we were somehow agreeing to order 11 appetizers and 11 entrées (we weren't even 11 people in total!
